      By using low density polyethylene resin as base material and added with modified resin, carbon black, lubricant, antioxidant, dispersant and special processing rheological agent, our Black Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) Sheath Material for Cable was produced in twin-screw extruder through mixing and extruding process.  The typical properties of the product is more than 500 hours of environmental stress cracking resistance(ESCR) and smooth bright surface of the extruded cable. The problem of fracture and shark skin of the surface can be thoroughly solved. Whether technical index or processability, the material is in leading position. The quality can compete with LLDPE Sheath Material for Communication Cable DFDB-6059 produced by U.C.C. of the United States.
